What we collect
When you purchase a pixel we collect your name (as you enter it), your email address, and payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
Your name is displayed on the map next to your pixel. Your email is used to manage your account and send order confirmations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Data storage
Account data is stored securely in Supabase. Pixel data (name, color, location) is stored permanently as part of the map.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Note that pixel name/color data displayed on the public map may be retained as part of the map's history.

What you are buying
You are purchasing a permanent pixel placement on the Bulgaria Pixel Map at bulgariapixelmap.com. Your chosen color and name will be displayed on the map at the pixel location you selected.
No refunds
All sales are final. Because pixel placements are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds. By completing your purchase you explicitly waive any right of withdrawal under EU consumer law for digital content delivered immediately.
Content rules
Your name as displayed on the map must not contain offensive, hateful, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove or replace names that violate this rule without refund.
Service availability
We aim to keep the map online indefinitely but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Bulgariapixelmap.com is a personal project and may be subject to changes or downtime.
Ownership
Purchasing a pixel does not grant ownership of any land, intellectual property, or any other asset. You are purchasing a visual placement on a website.
